What Is the Bluehawks Score Guarantee?
We ask you to do two things: attend at least 95% of your live classes, and take every mock test in your programme. Do that, sit your test, and if you are not satisfied with your score you can take the same course again at no additional course fee. The conditions below exist so both sides know where they stand, not to make the guarantee hard to claim.
How the Score Guarantee Works

Take Your Test

What Happens If You Qualify?
You take the same course again at no additional course fee, in the next batch that suits your schedule. You do not pay a second course fee, and you do not need to negotiate for it.

The conditions are the same across programmes: 95% attendance, every mock test, first attempt, proof within 30 days.

Full Score Guarantee Terms
These terms govern eligibility for the Bluehawks Score Guarantee and apply to every eligible test preparation programme.
1. Eligibility
The Score Guarantee applies to students enrolled in an eligible Bluehawks test preparation programme. Eligibility is established by meeting every condition set out in these terms. It is not automatic on enrolment.
2. Attendance
You must attend at least 95% of the live classes scheduled in your programme. Attendance is measured against the classes scheduled for the batch you are enrolled in.
3. Mock tests
You must take every mock test included in your programme, in full and under the conditions set for it. A mock test that is started but not completed does not count.
4. The test itself
The guarantee applies to the first attempt at the relevant standardised test taken after completing your programme. It does not apply to a score from a test taken before the programme, or to later attempts.
5. Score documentation
You must submit official proof of your result within 30 days of taking the test. We cannot assess a request without it.
6. What the guarantee provides
If you meet every condition above and are not satisfied with your score, you may take another Bluehawks preparation course in the same test at no additional course fee. The repeat course is of the same type and duration as the one you completed.
7. Same test only
The guarantee applies to the same test you prepared for. It cannot be transferred to a different test, to another student, or exchanged for a refund, credit or any other benefit.
8. How long it lasts
A Score Guarantee request must be made within one year of completing your original course.
9. When it does not apply
The guarantee does not apply where the test score is cancelled or invalidated by the testing agency; where you are barred or restricted from taking the test; where you do not meet the testing agency’s own eligibility requirements; or where you received special testing accommodations that were not approved in advance by both the testing agency and Bluehawks.
10. Circumstances beyond your control
If you are unable to sit the test because of illness, bereavement or a comparable circumstance, contact us. These situations fall outside the guarantee as written, and we will consider them individually rather than applying the terms mechanically.
11. Other offers
The Score Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion unless we have agreed to it in writing.
12. Changes to these terms
Bluehawks may modify or withdraw the Score Guarantee at any time. Any change applies to enrolments made after the change; the terms in force on the day you enrolled continue to govern your programme.
