Live Duolingo English Test preparation, taught in small batches.
A structured course for students who intend to sit the Duolingo English Test and want real teaching, real practice and a second attempt at the course if the work has been done and the result has not landed. Not a recording. Not a shortcut.

- You are looking for the cheapest option available.
How we simplify your Duolingo English Test prep
Duolingo English Test preparation should not mean consuming more material. It should mean knowing what to work on, why you got something wrong, and what to do differently next time.
Focused preparation
Study what actually matters.
We use structured, updated preparation material rather than overwhelming you with endless questions. The goal is to spend your preparation time on the concepts and question types that matter.
Live, small-batch teaching
Ask. Challenge. Understand.
Our classes are live and taught in small batches, so you can interact with the trainer, ask questions and work through difficult concepts instead of simply watching recorded lessons.
Practice with feedback
Practice is useful only when it teaches you something.
Full-length mocks and practice questions help you understand where you stand. Feedback helps you identify recurring mistakes, improve your approach and build better test-taking habits.
Preparation built around you
Your starting point is not the same as someone else’s.
From doubt-clearing to individual guidance, the programme gives you opportunities to work on the areas where you need the most improvement.
What we cover
The Duolingo English Test is adaptive, taken at home and scored quickly. That makes it convenient, and it also makes it unlike the tests most students have prepared for.
The adaptive format
Question difficulty shifts as you answer, so the test you sit is not the test anyone else sits.
- How adaptive scoring works
- Reading and listening task types
- Speaking and writing task types
- Pacing within a short test
- Why you cannot return to a previous question
- Managing the on-screen timer
You cannot go back, and an early run of mistakes changes what follows. Understanding this before test day is most of the preparation.
Language skills
Literacy, comprehension, conversation and production, which are the four subscores your universities see.
- Reading comprehension
- Listening comprehension
- Spoken fluency and clarity
- Written accuracy and range
- Vocabulary under time pressure
- Grammar in production, not in isolation
Your overall score is built from four subscores, and some universities look at those individually. We prepare for all four rather than the headline number alone.
Test conditions and rules
The test is taken at home under automated proctoring, and the rules are strict.
- Setting up your room and equipment
- What proctoring flags and why
- Rules on notes, devices and interruptions
- Handling the video interview and writing sample
- What a rejected result means
- Sending scores to universities
A technically invalid attempt costs you the fee and the time. Most of these rules are simple once you know them, and expensive when you do not.
The course
Duolingo English Test Preparation
- 12 live teaching classes
- 2 realistic full-length mock tests
- Experienced and certified faculty
- Doubt solving alongside the classes
- Lifetime access to class recordings
- Score Guarantee
The Duolingo English Test is a shorter, cheaper test than IELTS or TOEFL, and the preparation is proportionate. Twelve classes, not fifty. We are not going to sell you three months of teaching for a test that runs about an hour.
Before you enrol, check that the universities on your list accept the Duolingo English Test for your programme and intake. Acceptance varies by institution and can change between admission cycles. If yours do not accept it, tell us and we will point you at the right test rather than sell you this one.
The fee is published here rather than held back for an enquiry call.
Why we do not run free demo classes
Our classes are live and taught in small batches, so a trainer’s time in that slot is committed rather than recorded. We cannot give that slot away for free without taking it from a paying student.
A paid demo class is available at Rs 999, adjusted in full against your course fee if you enrol.
You can also speak to an advisor first, at no cost, before deciding.
Do the work. If the score does not land, take the course again at no extra cost.
How it works
Attend at least 95% of your live classes and take every mock test in your programme. If you are then not satisfied with your score, you take the same course again, at no additional course fee.
Conditions
- Applies to your first attempt after completing the programme only
- Proof of score required within 30 days of the result
- Request must be made within one year of completing the programme
- Applies to the same test only
- Non-transferable
This is a guarantee of a repeat course, not a refund. Full terms: /score-guarantee-terms/.
Frequently asked questions
Will my universities accept the Duolingo English Test?
Check before you enrol. Acceptance varies by institution, by programme and sometimes by intake, and it can change between admission cycles. Many universities accept it; some accept it only for certain courses. If yours do not, tell us and we will point you at the right test instead.
How is it different from IELTS or TOEFL?
It is shorter, cheaper, taken at home and adaptive, so the questions change as you answer. It also returns results faster. The trade-off is stricter proctoring rules and less room to recover from an early run of mistakes.
How many classes are included?
12 live teaching classes, plus two full-length mock tests taken under realistic conditions.
Why is this course shorter than your IELTS or TOEFL courses?
Because the test is shorter. Selling you fifty classes for a test that runs about an hour would be selling you time you do not need.
What score should I aim for?
That depends on your universities, not on a general benchmark. Send us your list and we will tell you what each one asks for.
Do you offer a free demo class?
No. A paid demo class is available at Rs 999, adjusted in full against your course fee if you enrol. You can also speak to an advisor first at no cost.
What happens if my test result is rejected?
A result can be invalidated for a proctoring or technical breach, and the fee is not returned by the test provider. We cover the rules in the course because most of these problems are avoidable and expensive.
How does the Score Guarantee work?
Attend at least 95% of your live classes and take every mock test in your programme. If you are then not satisfied with your score, you take the same course again at no additional course fee. Conditions apply and are set out in full on the Score Guarantee terms page.
Are class recordings available?
Yes, with lifetime access to the recordings of the classes in your batch.
What happens after I enrol?
We confirm your batch, share your material and access details, and your trainer takes you through the plan. Batch dates are confirmed by our team, so ask us for the next one before you enrol if you need it.
