Before You Enrol
Is this course for IELTS Academic or General?
Both. Academic and General Training students enrol in the same course, and you choose your preferred batch afterwards.
What are the available course durations?
1, 2 or 3 months, depending on the plan you choose.
How are the classes conducted?
Live, online, with a trainer, across fixed batch timings.
Is there a demo class?
We do not run free demo classes. Our classes are live and taught in small batches, so trainer time is committed rather than recorded. A paid demo class is available at Rs 999, and that amount is adjusted in full against your course fee if you enrol. You can also speak to an advisor first at no cost.
Can I attend classes using my smartphone?
Yes, classes can be joined from a smartphone, tablet or computer.

What study materials are included?
Structured study materials and e-books covering all four modules.
How many mock tests are included?
2, 4 or 6 full-length mock tests, depending on your plan.
Are class recordings available?
Yes, unlimited access to recordings of every live class you’re enrolled for.
Can I extend my course?
Yes. You can extend your duration by renewing, and the fee is charged at the pricing current at the time of renewal. Upgrading from a shorter plan to a longer one is also possible, with the amount already paid adjusted against the new plan.

Score Guarantee and Policies
How does the Score Guarantee work?
Attend 95% of your live classes, take every mock test, then sit your test. If you are not satisfied with your score, you take the same course again at no additional course fee.
What are the eligibility conditions?
At least 95% class attendance and every mock test in your programme completed. The test must be your first attempt after the course, and proof of your score sent within 30 days.
What is the refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable once you enrol, including the demo class fee, and this applies whether or not classes have been attended. Fees cannot be transferred to another student or batch. In a genuine medical emergency, management may allow a deferral to the next batch at its discretion.
